Beginnings

I have loved drawing since I was very young & started getting into painting when I was around 12. During my teens I took it more seriously and began acrylic painting. Back then I had a more abstract style that has evolved into detailed portraiture and classical styles.

In 2020, I started my online shop and began designing products! I graduated in the middle of the pandemic, which put a hold on my original plans of moving to LA to pursue my career in film — I began taking art commissions and deciding what type of creator I wanted to be.

I also take on freelance design projects for clients. I’ve created logos, wedding monograms, invitations, and custom artwork, each crafted with a focus on detail and storytelling. I primarily design in Procreate, though I can work with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

My work in graphic design blends creativity with precision, spanning everywhere from branding to illustration. I design everything from product to packaging - always aiming to make everything feel cohesive and intentional.

I've always been drawn to making things—painting, designing, reimagining spaces — and over time, each medium became a new way to tell a story.

Inspiration

As things often do, plans changed and I instead decided to move to Utah in 2020! Since moving, I have gotten married to my husband — we have been together for 9 years & married 3. In 2024 we moved into our new house, that we both designed and created to become a place we can call our home. I designed every room with historical influence and old-world aesthetic - which included many long days painting furniture, walls, and sourcing vintage items.

Even though I do not live amongst the rolling hills of the European countryside, or in the walls of a centuries old estate, I can still dream that I do.

It was from that I got the inspiration for From the Chateau. It was born from a love of imagination and the worlds we create within it. I love stories, maps of places that don't exist, and letters from fictional worlds that somehow feel real.
